Born and raised in Illinois, Kellie got her first taste of the Florida lifestyle completing a Marketing and Public Relations internship with Walt Disney World and loved the Florida life. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Social Work/Sociology and headed down to sunny Florida. After moving to Tampa, Kellie worked with Foster and Adoptive families for over 5 years providing therapeutic services, individual and family therapy, diagnosing, training new families, and medication management. She then received her Masters Degree from Florida State University and became licensed with the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Kellie provided Grief Counseling and discharge planning at Moffitt Cancer Center as a Medical Social Worker before joining Hillsborough County School District. Within HCSD she worked for four years managing, writing and implementing a grant funded program for the school district. She worked as part of a team working with underprivileged and homeless youth and their educational needs throughout the county.

Currently, within the Tony Baroni Team, Kellie is the team Recruiter finding and interviewing new talent. Kellie is also our Retention Specialist and organizes team events, marketing, and human resources needs.
